Mashed Potatoes
Potatoes are good sources of carbohydrates. They are simple to prepare and can be served with any type of soup, stew or vegetables.
Ingredients:
- Irish potatoes
- Butter/margarine
- Salt
Method:
- Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces, add salt then boil until tender. Drain excess water.
- Add butter or margarine then mash until smooth but firm.
- Serve.
